This weekend features 4 technique-focused yoga sessions where you’ll get real-time feedback on your yoga pose performance, while doing fun, informative workouts with a group of men of varying fitness levels and goals. Sweat, learn, and build friendships while you’re at it.
We’ll also go through the essentials of a healthy lifestyle. You’ll learn straightforward, applicable information on improving your diet, self-care, and long-term health. We’ll talk through strategies and mindset on being more motivated and more disciplined with your fitness practices.
You’ll come away from the weekend with a renewed sense of motivation for your health, greatly improved technique in your postures, and practical strategies to improve your overall health and wellness in other areas.

Ideal for newcomers, this class covers fundamental poses and breathing exercises. We’ll focus on building a solid foundation with clear instructions on alignment, utilizing basic sequences, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable start to your yoga journey.
Bring a mat and any equipment you might need for modifications (blocks, straps, etc.) Spare mats and tools will be available but not entirely necessary because of the padded floor installed at the gym.

This is a gentle, restorative class suitable for all levels. Emphasizing relaxation and stress relief, this session incorporates long holds and deep breathing techniques to help you unwind and rejuvenate.

Come chill with us for a beginner-friendly flow where we pair yoga with the soothing effects of cannabis. This class is all about helping you relax and connect more deeply with your body and breath. We'll move through gentle poses designed to release tension and boost flexibility, while also partaking in the provided ganja goods to elevate your experience. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind and vibe in a chill welcoming space.
Please bring your own mat. Our class is focused on low dose consumption, for those that are more experienced can induldge over the recommended consumption. Jesse works with every individual and will tailor other options to your experience.
