Perfect for those with some yoga experience, this intermediate class offers a more challenging and invigorating practice. This class features dynamic sequences and introduces more complex poses, enhancing your strength, flexibility, and balance while deepening your yoga practice.

Bring a mat and any equipment you might need for modifications (blocks, straps, etc.) Spare mats and tools will be available but not entirely necessary because of the padded floor installed at the gym.
